I’ve spent 10 years as a consultant and chief of staff to executives, wearing many hats along the way. I started SMG Partnerships to help individuals, teams, and organizations find ways of leading and operating that best suit them and their unique goals, needs, and circumstances. I’ve worked with professionals at all levels from high school, college, and graduate school interns to mid-career professionals and C-Suite executives, supporting them as they navigated their careers in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
I specialize in leadership coaching and strategy consulting. After 25 years as a leader in financial services - leading teams, shaping strategy, and navigating people - I’ve seen a pattern repeat itself among high-performing professionals: They’re excellent at their jobs but privately questioning themselves. Not because they’re unqualified, but because they’ve outgrown the leadership tools that got them here.
